Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Summit. You can grant or revoke any data category at any time. You can also turn off "Apple Health Write" inside Summit's own Settings if you don't want Summit to log workouts back to Apple Health.
Yes — Summit uses your personal Apple iCloud account to sync across your own Apple devices when you're signed in to the same iCloud account. To turn it off, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Summit.
Both options live in Summit → Settings. Clearing coach memory removes the stored context used to personalize ongoing conversations; resetting your profile clears the information you entered during setup.
Deleting the app removes all data stored locally on that device. If iCloud sync is on, your data also remains in your Apple iCloud account until you disable Summit's iCloud access or delete it from iCloud. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
